As part of its international recruitment strategy, the University Hospital of Münster (UKM) visited T&D Consulting in Sousse. This initiative aimed to attract qualified healthcare professionals from Tunisia and offer them career opportunities in Germany.
Successful On-Site Recruitment
During this visit, UKM successfully recruited several promising candidates directly on-site. The most sought-after profiles included candidates for surgical technical assistant (OTA) and anesthesia technical assistant (ATA) training programs, as well as qualified nurses. Many future apprentices also had the opportunity to present themselves in person, improving their chances of securing training in Germany.
